Founded in 2019 by writers / singing duo Billy Dufray and Bray, they recorded the Album 'Strong After Forever' and wrote new songs in the summer of 2020! Although the first album sounds more traditional, they play a unique combination of New Country with a mix of Pop and Southern Rock elements, with a nod to traditional country.

Billy + Bray Band's first EP, Strong After Forever, is a varied album that has marked the hearts of music lovers. Recorded in the autumn of 2019 with top artists from the Dutch music and country scene, this album was awarded no fewer than two international awards. The title track Strong After Forever was released as the first single on February 20, 2020. This launch was the starting signal for a successful period in which the band returned to the studio in the summer of 2020. Together with producer Nick Jongejan (known from Young River and Between Cities) they recorded new music in Zwijndrecht. During 2021 and 2022, several strong singles followed that received a lot of attention. The EP New American Music is now available on all streaming platforms and YouTube, including beautiful video clips. In November 2024, Billy + Bray Band released their mini-EP 100 Proof, again to be released on all channels. The latest single Missin' You receives regular airplay at Omroep Gelderland. As a semi-acoustic duo, Billy + Bray are now well attuned to each other, because they have already been able to play in many nice places (guitar / vocals), where their music and enthusiasm are well received time and time again! Ontzettend fijn en goed contact. Alle afspraken nagekomen en veel belangrijker, wat een geweldige muziek!
Pure country uit Nederland is best schaars. Goede Nederlandse countryalbums idem dito. Maar uiteraard zijn ze er wel. Het eerste album van Ilse de Lange blijft natuurlijk prachtig. Deze plaat van de Billy Bray Band uit de omgeving van Arnhem is ook zo'n parel. De stemmen van Bianca en Willem de Vries klinken gewoon heerlijk samen. Liefhebbers van echte country doen er goed aan deze muziek te beluisteren. En op vinyl klinkt hun album echt furieus goed.
In Nederland hebben wij heel veel talent in de countrymuziek. Als Friends of Country Live zouden wij veel meer willen betekenen voor de zeer gewaardeerde muzikanten met eigen repertoire. Er is te weinig aandacht voor. Trots zijn wij dat we Billy +Bray met band in ieder geval in de Ouwe Stal hebben op zaterdagavond. 20 mei2023 in Nieuw-Schoonebeek , Drenthe.
van deze band. Begin 2020 opgericht en totaal geen mogelijkheid gehad zich te presenteren door Corona. Wel heel veel tijd gehad te schrijven, en zichzelf te ontwikkelen. Dat was te merken. Dit is veelbelovend. ik hoop dat ze een grootpodium krijgen, want daar horen ze zeker thuis. Dit is geen traditionele coverband. Zij hebben eigen repertoire en Ik hou van Bianca De vries haar stem en haar humor Een heerlijk mens en Willem De vries is een top sing- en songwriter. En die muzikanten die ze nu achter zich hebben. Wat een energie.
